Eligibility:
Salaried :
- Applicant be in permanent employment for atleast 1 year in current service and total 2 years in service
- Minimum average monthly take home salary after deducting all EMIs should be Rs.20000/- for loans upto Rs. 2.00 lakhs
- Minimum average monthly take home salary after deducting all EMIs should be Rs.25000/- for loans upto Rs. 5.00 lakhs
- Salary after deductions of all EMIs including proposed loan, the net take home salary should be minimum 25% of the gross monthly salary.
Businessmen:
- Having an experience of at least 1 year of business
- I.T Returns for last one year reflecting Gross cash accruals of Rs. 1.50 lakhs p.a
- CIBIL rating should be 700 or above
Basis of Advance:
Salaried: 20 times of average monthly net salary for last 3 months
Businessmen :3 times of average of last three years Gross cash accruals or latest audited gross cash accrual with justification
Or
Maximum Rs. 5.00 lakhs whichever is lower. Whichever is less.
Repayment Period:
Maximum 60 months
Rate of Interest (Fixed):
Fixed @ PLR i.e.14.40% p.a.

Compulsory ECS/S.I. from Salary account/Business A/c
Hypothecation of Household Articles, consumer durables/ articles purchased
Processing Fees:
No other charges such as CIBIL, FI
