१. Sales Academy
ICICI Bank trains young participants to join its dynamic front line sales force. A Certificate in Retail Banking Sales Management is conferred upon all the participants who successfully complete this course. The course content covers knowledge of different banking products and third party products, systems, customer service, banking regulations, basic grooming and english language skills.
२. Probationary Officer Programme
Probationary Officer training programme is a one year full time residential training programme conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy, Bangalore. Upon successful completion of this programme, participants are awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking (PGDB).
३.Phone banking Officer
ICICI Bank needs voices that can be the face of India's largest private bank. This role involves managing customer queries/complaints, providing customers with relevant product and service information, cross selling new products and services to customers over phone and providing feedback to the team leaders about products / processes.
